01
Conversation
The free consult, at home or by video.
Timeline (placeholder)
[Placeholder: 30 minutes; proposal within 2–5 days]
What happens
- We walk the room together and talk about how you really live in it.
- You share photos, saved ideas, and the pieces you won't part with.
- You leave with three ideas, and, if it makes sense, a written scope and fee.
02
Concept
Measured plans and real samples in your light.
Timeline (placeholder)
[Placeholder: 2–6 weeks]
What happens
- We measure and photograph every room in scope.
- A mood board, floor plan and lighting plan.
- Paint, fabric and finish samples go up on your walls, not on a screen.
- One round of refinements before anything is ordered.
03
Ordering
We place, track and receive everything.
Timeline (placeholder)
[Placeholder: 4–16 weeks, set by lead times]
What happens
- Every order placed, confirmed and tracked.
- Deliveries received and inspected before they reach your home.
- Delays and damaged boxes stay our problem.
04
Install
One day, start to finish.
Timeline (placeholder)
[Placeholder: 1–2 days]
